Brouwerij Maximus

Brouwerij Maximus uit Utrecht is opgericht door het drietal Ewald Visser, Arend-Jan van Dieën en Marcel Snater. Opgeleid tot architect, sociaal-wetenschapper en psycholoog, bleef de jongensdroom om ooit een brouwerij te hebben bestaan. In 2012 kwam deze droom uit en werd de brouwerij, inclusief proeflokaal, geopend aan de rand van het Utrechtse Maximapark. Sindsdien hebben de brouwers van Maximus meerdere bieren gebrouwen en zelfs prijzen gewonnen met diverse van hun bieren. De brouwerij brouwt ambachtelijke bieren met een traditionele brouwinstallatie die nog met stoom werkt. Naast een aantal standaardbieren zoals ‘Pandora’, ‘Brutus’ en ‘Little Fred’, worden er ook regelmatig seizoensbieren...
